Founded in September 2011, Changzhou Chaoshun High-pressure Oil Cylinder Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D, production and sales of hydraulic cylinders, located at No. 50 Taibei Road, Panjia Industrial Park, Xueyan Town, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
With a registered capital of 28.32 million RMB and a total asset of 120 million RMB, the company covers a land area of 38,000 square meters, including a 20,000 square-meter production workshop. We have a professional team of 120 employees, among whom 10 are senior and intermediate technical specialists, providing strong technical support for product R&D and production.
Our production strength is solid, equipped with more than 100 sets of advanced production and testing equipment, such as DOOSAN machine tools, CNC lathes, machining centers, cylindrical grinders, band sawing machines, conventional lathes, radial drilling machines, drill milling machines, cleaning machines, automatic welding machines, hydraulic cylinder test benches and painting lines. The company has built a complete production workshop system including incoming material inspection area, CNC workshop, welding workshop, assembly workshop, pressure test workshop and finished product workshop, realizing the standardized and refined production of hydraulic cylinders.
We have a sound quality management system and hold the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification. Our technical strength is outstanding, having obtained a number of utility model patents, such as a piston rod drilling tool for hydraulic cylinders, a split detachable oil cylinder, a pressure oil cylinder and a lifting device for adjustable shield machine propulsion oil cylinders. We also own three computer software copyrights including the embedded software for high-pressure oil cylinder synchronous unit control, laying a solid foundation for the technological innovation of products.
