Our factory is equipped with over 100 sets of advanced production and testing equipment, including DOOSAN machine tools, CNC lathes, machining centers, cylindrical grinders, band sawing machines, conventional lathes, radial drilling machines, drill milling machines, cleaning machines, automatic welding machines, hydraulic cylinder test benches, and painting lines. We have established a complete workshop system covering incoming material inspection, CNC processing, welding, assembly, pressure testing, and finished product warehousing, realizing standardized and refined production of hydraulic cylinders.
OEM/ODM
We provide professional OEM/ODM services for hydraulic cylinders. According to customers' drawings, technical parameters, and application scenarios, we can customize hydraulic cylinders for various industries, such as construction machinery, mining machinery, sanitation machinery, special vehicles, and marine engineering. Our technical team will conduct design optimization and sample testing to ensure products meet customers' specific working conditions and performance requirements.
R&D
With a professional R&D team consisting of 10 senior and intermediate technical specialists, we focus on the innovation of hydraulic cylinder technology. We have obtained a number of utility model patents (e.g., piston rod drilling tools for hydraulic cylinders, split detachable cylinders) and 3 computer software copyrights related to high-pressure cylinder control. Our marine hydraulic cylinders have passed CCS (China Classification Society) certification, demonstrating strong technical capabilities in product R&D and performance optimization.
