Product Description
l Function: Enables various action adjustments for different equipment, such as control, lifting and distance adjustments of components.
l Pressure: Reaches 35MPa.
l Material:
Piston Rod: 45# or 42CrMo, or materials determined through negotiation with the customer.
Cylinder Barrel: 25Mn or 27SiMn, or materials determined through negotiation with the customer.
Seals: Hallite or other world-class Japanese/European sealing brands, subject to customer agreement.
l Process Solution: Utilizes high-strength raw materials; selects corresponding seals based on different hydraulic media to ensure compatibility between seals and the media. The hydraulic cylinder employs V-group seals and incorporates adjustable shims, making it easy to maintain and extending its service life. It is equipped with a built-in displacement sensor to monitor the cylinder stroke in real-time. The piston rod surface and cylinder bore are electroplated to increase hardness, enhance wear resistance, and improve corrosion resistance. Both ends of the cylinder feature buffer structures to reduce impact and noise. The external cylinder is fitted with a water-cooling jacket to prevent high ambient temperatures from affecting the seal performance.
