l Material:
Piston Rod: 45# or 42CrMo, or materials determined through negotiation with the customer.
Cylinder Barrel: 25Mn or 27SiMn, or materials determined through negotiation with the customer.
Seals: Hallite or other world-class Japanese/European sealing brands, subject to customer agreement.
l Process Solution:The use of high-strength raw materials ensures cylinder lightweighting, while a mature sealing system guarantees smooth operation without jitter or stick-slip at low speeds. The guide bushing employs a specialized anti-corrosion process, ensuring long-term operation in inclined positions without rust issues. Systematic theoretical analysis and finite element calculation methods ensure the cylinders possess extremely high service life under heavy loads.
l Supporting Design:
Can provide multiple surface anti-corrosion treatment solutions, such as Ni/Cr electroplating, internal bore copper plating, etc.
Can be designed and integrated according to requirements, including hydraulic locks, load-holding valves, sequence valves, relief valves, pressure test points, etc.
