Product Description

Arm Cylinder , also known as the Stick Cylinder 1, is the primary hydraulic component responsible for controlling the excavator’s

arm (stick), which extends and retracts to adjust the digging radius and depth. Operating within a working pressure range of

16–23MPa, this cylinder is built with a high-grade 27SiMn high-alloy seamless steel pipe barrel, renowned for its exceptional strength, impact resistance, and fatigue life under cyclic loads. The piston rod is crafted from premium 40Cr or 42CrMo steel, subjected to high-frequency quenching to ensure superior hardness, wear resistance, and long-term durability against the constant reciprocating motion and abrasive conditions of construction sites. As the first-stage arm cylinder, it directly controls the arm’s movement, making its precision and reliability critical to the excavator’s digging efficiency. It features a robust sealing system designed to prevent internal and external leakage, even under the high pressures and shock loads encountered during digging or material handling. The advanced buffer mechanism reduces impact forces at the end of each stroke, protecting both the cylinder and the arm structure from damage. This cylinder is compatible with a wide range of excavator models, from micro to large tonnage, and is engineered to deliver consistent, reliable performance in the most demanding environments, ensuring efficient and precise arm control for every digging cycle.
