Boom Cylinder is the primary hydraulic component that powers the lifting and lowering of the loader’s boom, serving as the core

this medium-high pressure heavy-duty cylinder is constructed with a robust barrel made of 27SiMn or Q345B steel, renowned for its exceptional strength, impact resistance, and ability to withstand the heavy cyclic loads common in loader operations. The piston rod is crafted from 40Cr or 42CrMo steel, subjected to quenching, tempering, and hard chrome plating to ensure superior wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life under continuous reciprocating motion.
