Tilt Bucket Cylinder , also known as the bucket dump cylinder, is the primary hydraulic component responsible for controlling the
tilt and curl of the loader’s bucket, enabling digging, loading, and material discharge operations. Operating within a working pressure
range of 16–22MPa, this medium-high pressure cylinder is built with a premium 27SiMn alloy seamless steel pipe barrel, renowned for its exceptional strength, impact resistance, and fatigue life under the constant cyclic loads of shovel operations. The piston rod is crafted from 40Cr or 42CrMo steel, subjected to high-frequency quenching to ensure superior hardness, wear resistance, and long-term durability against abrasive materials and continuous reciprocating motion. As the first-stage tilt bucket cylinder, it directly controls the bucket’s curl and dump angles, making its precision and reliability critical to the loader’s digging efficiency and loading speed. It features a robust sealing system designed to prevent internal and external leakage, even under the high pressures and shock loads encountered during digging or rock handling. The advanced buffer mechanism reduces impact forces at the end of each stroke, protecting both the cylinder and the bucket structure from damage. This cylinder is compatible with small, medium, and large wheel loaders, and is engineered to deliver consistent, reliable bucket control for every digging and loading cycle.
