Dozer Blade Cylinder is the primary hydraulic cylinder responsible for controlling the dozer blade on excavators, used for
grading, leveling, pushing material, and stabilizing the machine on uneven terrain. Operating within a working pressure range of
12–18MPa, this medium-pressure cylinder is constructed with a durable Q345B ordinary seamless steel pipe barrel, offering a balance of strength, cost-effectiveness, and reliability for light to medium-duty applications. The piston rod is made of 40Cr conventional chrome-plated steel, providing sufficient wear resistance and durability for the reciprocating motion of the dozer blade. As the first-stage dozer cylinder, it controls the blade’s up and down movement, making its smooth operation essential for grading and leveling tasks. It features a simple and robust design with basic sealing technology, ensuring reliable performance in everyday construction environments. The low-friction guide rings and seals ensure consistent movement, even in dusty conditions. This cylinder is compatible with a wide range of micro and small excavator models, where the dozer blade is primarily used for site preparation and stabilization. It is engineered to deliver reliable, cost-effective performance for light to medium-duty grading and material handling tasks.
